Q: How do I keep track of my items while I'm shopping?
A: Whenever you need to refer back to what is in your cart or what your total is, your shopping cart is always on the top of any page for you to view. Simply click on the shopping cart icon to view the contents of your cart.

Q: Do you charge sales tax?
A: Only for orders shipped to Florida.

Q: How much will shipping cost?
A: Shipping charges are noted in each product description and are added at checkout. (Note: Products that are shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada have additional shipping charges, which must be quoted prior to placing an order.)

Q: Can I have an item shipped to an address other than my own?
A: Yes. During the checkout process you will have the opportunity to specify a shipping address that is different from the billing address. It's that easy.

A: When your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking information.

Q: When is my credit card charged for an order?

Q: I need to return an item; how do I do so?

A: Sorry, postal weight regulations prevent us from shipping to APO addresses.

Q: When will I receive my order?
A: Orders are generally shipped within 3 business days of placing your order. Larger products, most of which are custom fabricated at the time of ordering, generally ship within 10 business days of placing your order. Orders take 3-7 business days for shipping. If an item is temporarily unavailable, you will be notified via email of the expected shipping date. You will also be notified by email, with tracking information, when your order is shipped.
