Apex Steel frames are designed for maximum durability and long life. The Apex Steel Series frames are 0.9mm thick, approximately 20 gauge. They are powder coated for rust resistance and carry the same warranty as the Original Ultra Light Series frames. Fast and easy to setup or takedown, The Apex Series Steel frames are recommended for the rental market and high use commercial markets. They are the perfect solution for people who need the most rugged, reliable canopy system on the market.
Tops:
Premier canopy tops are made of 600 Denier, 100% polyester fabric, and are available in 5 colors. Polyester fabric does not stretch like nylon when it gets wet, is not prone to yellowing in sunlight, and is generally more durable than nylon. All Premier tops are water and stain resistant, color fade resistant, and 99% UV blocking for sunlight. Also, a water resistant sealant is applied to all seams, thus eliminating an entry point for rain.

Premier Tents TWO-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
Premier Tents warrants that each part of this product and the product itself will be free from defects in material and workmanship for twenty-four (24) months from the date of purchase. This warranty is void (1) if the product is used under other than normal use and maintenance conditions, (2) if the product is modified or altered, (3) if the product is subject to abuse or neglect, (4) if damages are caused by wind, rain or other forces of nature, to accidental or deliberate damage of the product, (5) if use of the product does not conform with the product instructions, or (6) if the product is repaired by someone other than Premier Tents, or an authorized Premier Tents dealer.
The sole obligation of Premier Tents under this warranty, or under any other legal obligation with respect to the product, is the repair or replacement by Premier Tents or its authorized dealer of such defective or missing parts as are causing the malfunction with new parts, after its own review and examination.
Under no circumstances will the retail customer or any user or dealer or other person be entitled to any direct, special, indirect, consequential, or exemplary damages, for breach of contract, tort, or otherwise. Under no circumstances will any such person be entitled to any sum greater than the purchase price paid for the item or product that is malfunctioning.
Before returning any part or product to Premier Tents or its designated dealer, please phone or write to obtain specific return shipping instructions. All shipping costs must be prepaid, and Premier Tents will not be responsible for items or products damaged in transit.
No Premier Tents dealer and no person other than an officer of Premier Tents may extend or modify this warranty.
There are no other warranties from either Premier Tents or its authorized dealers, which extend beyond the face of this warranty. All other warranties, express or implied, including the warranties or merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and fitness for use, are excluded.
