Apex Vendor Sidewalls are designed to turn your canopy into an attractive display booth. All vendor sidewalls are constructed from the same heavy duty 600 Denier, 100% polyester fabric as the tops. The Apex Series Vendor walls come with a full-width pocket across the top edge that allows for using either of the two different styles of attachment. For the occasional use, a rope support is all that is needed. Rope supports come standard with our sets, are economical and quick to set up. Aluminum supports are available for an additional charge. Minor frame modifications must be made at time of production for proper fit. Contact us for pricing.
Each Vendor Sidewall also has Velcro tabs for attaching the walls to the legs of the canopy for maximum strength and for a crisp look.
The Vendor Sidewalls are designed for use with the Apex canopies in either of 2 positions. With the canopy legs extended to the highest position, the lower edge of the vendor walls hang approximately 4 inches from the ground. When the canopy is set in the 3rd highest position, the lower edge of the wall is at ground level, should you want to hide your supplies behind the vendor walls. Apex Vendor Sidewalls can also be used in conjunction with any of the other Apex Series walls.

Premier Tents TWO-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
Premier Tents warrants that each part of this product and the product itself will be free from defects in material and workmanship for twenty-four (24) months from the date of purchase. This warranty is void (1) if the product is used under other than normal use and maintenance conditions, (2) if the product is modified or altered, (3) if the product is subject to abuse or neglect, (4) if damages are caused by wind, rain or other forces of nature, to accidental or deliberate damage of the product, (5) if use of the product does not conform with the product instructions, or (6) if the product is repaired by someone other than Premier Tents, or an authorized Premier Tents dealer.
The sole obligation of Premier Tents under this warranty, or under any other legal obligation with respect to the product, is the repair or replacement by Premier Tents or its authorized dealer of such defective or missing parts as are causing the malfunction with new parts, after its own review and examination.
Under no circumstances will the retail customer or any user or dealer or other person be entitled to any direct, special, indirect, consequential, or exemplary damages, for breach of contract, tort, or otherwise. Under no circumstances will any such person be entitled to any sum greater than the purchase price paid for the item or product that is malfunctioning.
Before returning any part or product to Premier Tents or its designated dealer, please phone or write to obtain specific return shipping instructions. All shipping costs must be prepaid, and Premier Tents will not be responsible for items or products damaged in transit.
No Premier Tents dealer and no person other than an officer of Premier Tents may extend or modify this warranty.
There are no other warranties from either Premier Tents or its authorized dealers, which extend beyond the face of this warranty. All other warranties, express or implied, including the warranties or merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and fitness for use, are excluded.
