Apex Panorama Sidewalls are designed to allow for maximum light penetration while keeping the canopy free from wind or rain. A great choice for vendors or specialty canopies where natural lighting is important. These windows are constructed of lightweight transparent PVC for great visibility, while the lower portion of the walls are constructed from the same heavy duty 600 Denier, 100% polyester fabric as the tops. The Apex Series walls come with full-width Velcro across the top edge that allows for a tight, smooth seal with the valence of the canopy. They also have fully zippered ends for mating to other sidewalls, and each have Velcro tabs for attaching the wall to the legs of the canopy for maximum strength.
All Apex Series sidewalls zip together at their ends.They are designed so that any combination of mesh walls, window walls or solid walls can zip together for maximum flexibility in the setup of the Apex Canopy System.
All Apex sidewalls are designed for use with Apex canopies in either of 2 positions. With the canopy legs extended to the highest position, the lower edge of the walls hangs approximately 4 inches from the ground. When the canopy is set in the 3rd highest position the lower edge of the wall is at ground level.
*CAUTION: Not for use in freezing temperatures. The PVC can become brittle.

Premier Tents TWO-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
Premier Tents warrants that each part of this product and the product itself will be free from defects in material and workmanship for twenty-four (24) months from the date of purchase. This warranty is void (1) if the product is used under other than normal use and maintenance conditions, (2) if the product is modified or altered, (3) if the product is subject to abuse or neglect, (4) if damages are caused by wind, rain or other forces of nature, to accidental or deliberate damage of the product, (5) if use of the product does not conform with the product instructions, or (6) if the product is repaired by someone other than Premier Tents, or an authorized Premier Tents dealer.
The sole obligation of Premier Tents under this warranty, or under any other legal obligation with respect to the product, is the repair or replacement by Premier Tents or its authorized dealer of such defective or missing parts as are causing the malfunction with new parts, after its own review and examination.
Under no circumstances will the retail customer or any user or dealer or other person be entitled to any direct, special, indirect, consequential, or exemplary damages, for breach of contract, tort, or otherwise. Under no circumstances will any such person be entitled to any sum greater than the purchase price paid for the item or product that is malfunctioning.
Before returning any part or product to Premier Tents or its designated dealer, please phone or write to obtain specific return shipping instructions. All shipping costs must be prepaid, and Premier Tents will not be responsible for items or products damaged in transit.
No Premier Tents dealer and no person other than an officer of Premier Tents may extend or modify this warranty.
There are no other warranties from either Premier Tents or its authorized dealers, which extend beyond the face of this warranty. All other warranties, express or implied, including the warranties or merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and fitness for use, are excluded.
