Apex Weight Bags are designed to allow for setup of the Apex Canopy System on solid surfaces, such as asphalt or concrete. A great solution for vendors who setup in parking lots and need to setup quickly and safely. Available in two sizes/weights, both types of Weight Bags add convenience and peace of mind to your installation. Apex Weight Bags are constructed from heavy duty 600Denier, 100% polyester, and feature Velcro closures to ensure that the ballast stays inside the bag where it belongs.
Standard Weight Bags are approximately 20 pounds when filled, and simply clip around the legs of the canopy. Heavy Duty Weight Bags are approximately 45 pounds when filled, and attach to the legs of the canopy with heavy duty Velcro straps for additional protection. Both styles come with carry handles to make transport a breeze.
Weight Bags are sold in sets of 4 only. Sand/gravel not included.
SPECIAL NOTE: Weight bags are an important safeguard for the Apex Canopy System, however, it is important to note that the weight bags can only help keep the canopy from lifting in light winds.

Premier Tents TWO-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
Premier Tents warrants that each part of this product and the product itself will be free from defects in material and workmanship for twenty-four (24) months from the date of purchase. This warranty is void (1) if the product is used under other than normal use and maintenance conditions, (2) if the product is modified or altered, (3) if the product is subject to abuse or neglect, (4) if damages are caused by wind, rain or other forces of nature, to accidental or deliberate damage of the product, (5) if use of the product does not conform with the product instructions, or (6) if the product is repaired by someone other than Premier Tents, or an authorized Premier Tents dealer.
The sole obligation of Premier Tents under this warranty, or under any other legal obligation with respect to the product, is the repair or replacement by Premier Tents or its authorized dealer of such defective or missing parts as are causing the malfunction with new parts, after its own review and examination.
Under no circumstances will the retail customer or any user or dealer or other person be entitled to any direct, special, indirect, consequential, or exemplary damages, for breach of contract, tort, or otherwise. Under no circumstances will any such person be entitled to any sum greater than the purchase price paid for the item or product that is malfunctioning.
Before returning any part or product to Premier Tents or its designated dealer, please phone or write to obtain specific return shipping instructions. All shipping costs must be prepaid, and Premier Tents will not be responsible for items or products damaged in transit.
No Premier Tents dealer and no person other than an officer of Premier Tents may extend or modify this warranty.
There are no other warranties from either Premier Tents or its authorized dealers, which extend beyond the face of this warranty. All other warranties, express or implied, including the warranties or merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and fitness for use, are excluded.
